The campaign is aimed at medical experts and drug users, and incorporates the following aims:
- Reducing the number of hepatitis C infections amongs drug users
- Improving access to HCV treatment and testing for drug users
- A constant feed of knowledge about hepatitis C for experts dealing with addiction and for drug users
- Devising principles for regular implementation of health promotion measures to help with addiction
- Hepatitis provides information about the different hepatitis viruses and about the course of the disease.
- Prevention provides important advice on hygiene, on safer use (rules of use) and information about the various transmission paths.
- Treatment contains information on the treatment of hepatitis C and on the possible forms of treatment.
